In order to give the guests and participants enough time to visit all of the project presentations, a working lunch was planned.  Everyone was given a "Building Bridges Toolbelt" (a carpenter's nail apron with pockets) and lunch was served from a replica of a construction site catering truck.  Sandwiches, fruit, chips, cookies and beverages could be carried in the pockets of the toolbelt/apron and eaten on the run.
